Hygene Officials:
The hygene officials of the festival can be identified by the white and blue towels they are decorated with. Often these are also spun into a rope and worn around the head.
Although they are mainly in charge of making sure the streets are kept clean, they also help with minor accidents, ensure safety wherever they can and sometimes help coordinating the runs of the Kakiyama.
