Iwaimedeta
The Iwaimedeta:
Traditional song of Hakata. It is often sung during festivities, funerals and weddings. It consists of seven verses though for smaller occasions only the first verse is sung. After the song there often follows the Hakata-Teippon, a certain clapping rhythm that is clapped when a task is finished.

Up to Verse 7 it is usually only sung during Weddings, which is why most of Hakatas ihnhabitants only know the first three Verses.
